DON'T TRUST WHAT IS PICTURED & CHECK RETURN SHIPPING!

I waited a long time before finally making the decision to purchase a moderately expensive lamp from Touch of Class. I was remodeling my home and finally decided to do it. When he item arrive (it took a few weeks), I was certain they had sent the wrong colored lamp. When I looked at their website, the lamp only came in one color. The lamp was described as "blue." What I got would never be chosen as blue by anyone I know. I asked others to include disinterested parties at FedEx. None thought the lamp was blue in color. I had to send the lamp back insured and via FEDEX. It cost me $70.00 in shipping - no help from Touch of Class. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I would NOT recommend trusting what is shown in the catalog or website as accurate. If you must buy from this company, be sure to check return policy and shipping. Know this: They will NOT take responsibility for what was clearly an inaccurate description and representation of this lamp. They have lost my business for good.

No communication

I ordered or tried to order a comforter from this site. Online said it would be shipped August 31. September 1 comes… no shipment, no communication. September 7 I called and the "customer service" rep said it was pushed back to September 9. Here it is September 10, no shipment, no email. In fact I have NEVER gotten an email from them although the agent said it is automatic. Just tried to call on Saturday 1:30 eastern time (which their hours say they are open) and it says "customer service is closed". I'm cancelling my order so I don't have to get further aggravated. Really a bummer because I can't find comforters like these anywhere. However I don't think THEY have them either… just the cool PICTURES of them. Don't order anything from here. They are liars

I am very disappointed with quality and…

I am very disappointed with quality and service. I ordered the Elegante Comforter set, plus matching Curtains and Swags. Cost was nearly $900. That was a lot to me. The curtains and swags are basically, cotton sheets. Just the curtains & swags were over $500.00 and Not at all what was pictured online. The shipping costs for all this was $100.00 and is not refundable, plus I have to pay shipping to return these VERY poor-quality curtains (sheets actually)!! The comforter set they will not refund at all, they said, because I had the Shams monogramed. They could still refund the Comforter and Bed skirt, even if I had to absorb the cost of shams, but have told me said "No." The experience has been unreal and a hard, expensive lesson. The comforter is supposed to have tufts on the top but within 1 day the stitching is so cheap the tufts are gone and its flat. And without the matching curtains the Comforter Set is a total waste or loss -- since they refuse to refund it. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from Touch of Class. A hard and very expensive experience. I am not exaggerating when I describe the curtains as the equivalent of a bedsheet. It is definitely FALSE advertising, and they won't do anything to help rectify the situation. Very sad.

Good experience with Touch of Class

First I want to say that this company was on point with me. My issue was they mailed out my product via FedEx they picked it up and delivered it to the wrong address. FedEx sent me in circles and was not very responsive they gave me a conformation number and never followed up. A few days went by and still no response since it wasn’t the company’s fault (touchofclass). I pressed FedEx with no results. I called this company and they responded right away and worked with me they were very nice also they told me if the product wasn’t found they would file a complaint with FedEx and just replace the product. They stuck with me and worked with me to the end. I was very happy with their customer service and will buy again. Thank You Touch of Class. I don’t know why some people left such bad reviews because that wasn’t my experience it was all good.

Touch of class is my local and favourite restaurant. Great restaurant; delicious food; very efficient service....guaranteed delivery within 10 mins of ordering. Owner is very pleasant.

I am glad I found out before I spent a lot of money!

I have been trying to get some swatches for about a month. I was initially responded to rather quickly with an email that said to expect them in 7 to 14 days. On day 20 I asked about them, and got the same 7 to 14 day response. The last inquiry was completely ignored.
SO HAPPY that I didnt spend any money!

HORRIBLE

Ordered 7 Elegance Ascott valances on 7/28/22 in CAMEL because the catalog had CAME. They sent me not CAMEL but GOLD... GOLD! I called them and reordered 12 Elegance Ascot Valances Again in Camel not GOLD... well today 8/11/22 i just got a new package and ALL the valances are... GOLD AGAIN. Called today spoke to a young lady named JORDAN... WOW... OUCH... and their star rating on the reviews out of 52 reviews ithis company has an average of 1.6 OH MY, and states that MOST... not a few or some or many... BUT MOST customers are dissatisfied. WOULDN'T, T the owners want to know this and make a good change. Jordan got frustrated with me, when I'm the one who should be frustrated for going through the company's mistake 2 times, same mistake twice within a week! WHY? I asked to talk to a supervisor and JORDAN said none were availabe they were ALL in meetings then proceeded to hang up on, DISRESPECTFUL and ABHOR ABLE! The second TIME. This is so WRONG, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNACCEPTABLE on me... I called back and she answered the phone again, I told her my name and she hung up on me again. WOW... a little customer service PLEASE? I called back a 3, third time and the rep was SIERRA, she immediately gave me a supervisor, LARCEN. Larcen advised me that she would give this info to the call center Manager Carla G. I ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF THE 2 camel I ALREADY OWN AND PUT THEM NEXT TO THE 2 PACKAGES THAT YOU SENT ME, 12, MORE GOLD ones, when I l RE-ORDERED CAMEL!. Really people!?!? COLORS AREN'T EVEN CLOSEI am looking forward to see how this whole fiasco will be expiedited. Thank you for your time, I cannot go through this again... it's not worth it... AND! BUYER BEWARE

Customer service only wanted to argue

I just built a new house and have been buying curtains from your facility. I looked on your site Sunday and found some curtains I wanted to order when I went to do the order it would not let me finalize it so I backed out of it and went back into it and resubmitted a new order. I looked at my account and found that you charged for both orders. I contacted your customer service and spoke with a Sierra and all she wanted to do was argue with me instead of trying to come up with the resolution to fix this situation. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she said her Supervisor was out to lunch and would have to call me back so I left a message for her supervisor to contact me back. 3 hours later her supervisor contacted me this lady was the coldest lady I have ever spoke with in a customer service position. To be a supervisor and not care about a customer tells me what kind of facility this is I explained to her the situation and she wanted to just tell me that it was placed and that's it she would not give me a resolution of what to do nothing so I stated to her the only thing I can do then is refuse the orders and let them both go back and I'll receive my money back and go elsewhere her comment thank you that's how you take care of customers. Question what happened to customer service?

Your bed coverings are beautiful - HOWEVER, ALL are for beds on frames! It could possibly be to your advantage to develop bedding for 4 poster beds. My bed is beautiful, I will never have another one but it cannot have all the large puffy coverings you sell. Please consider this request. Thank you.

Should change name to touch of no class

Bought two lamps that were just under $500. They came with very poor workmanship and one shade punctured. After calling I was told they sent an email with pick up instructions. Never received. Now it's been over a week and they claim they are picked up but at a Fort Meyers Fed ex facility (their return system) and they can't process my refund until they have them in their possession. Not my problem. I will NEVER order from them again. Their future catalogs will be used to start a campfire This has been going on for almost three weeks now!
